Japanese izakaya-style restaurant Iza serves up a repertoire that includes classic, international and contemporary fare. Lattice screens of steel, glass and naturally dyed local textiles reference the cultural crossover of Japanese and Cambodian. Dining at a robata-yaki grill section is a special occasion and is an interactive, informal, yet deeply traditional dining experience. Guests sit around an interactive kitchen with counter seating and watch as master chefs skillfully prepare the barbecue. In addition to numerous craft beers on tap, the beverage of choice to complement izakaya fare, the restaurant teamed with a local brewery to produce three bespoke brews: a White variety Belgian wheat-style beer, a crisp finish yet well-balanced bitterness pilsner, and a full-bodied IPA ale. Iza is also serving lunch including set menus starting from USD12, where guests can choose options such as Donburi Rice bowls, Robata Charcoal Grill items, Onmono hot food, or sushi, all coming with Miso Soup, Garden Salad and Pickles.
