We want our hygiene to be absolutely blameless and our open kitchen is always ready for your inspection. We have switched to more sustainable products and business practices that use less energy and resources and generate less waste.One of our biggest initiatives was to completely get rid of plastic. We daily use: biodegradable bags, sugar cane fiber boxes, bio corn cutlery and bamboo straws. We also ensure our staff is developing skills in the best conditions and offer employment to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. We regularly employ our staff from Friends International or Pour un Sourire d’Enfant.
