This freshly-opened establishment brings the traditional tastes of Italy to Siem Reap. On the ground floor, you’ll find a deli stocked with mouth-watering delights such as Roman-style pizza al taglio (by the slice) and focaccia bread that you can fill with your choice of Italian cold cuts or cheese such as buffalo mozzarella. Bellissimo! The upper floor, meanwhile, is home to a fine dining restaurant delivering exquisite dishes of Italian cuisine with some exotic twists for lunch and dinner. Check out some truly original creations from the executive chef Sopheak and his talented team, including cannelloni filled with slow-cooked duck or tuna tataki with a passion fruit basil sauce. The cocktails are also uniquely composed, mixing in fresh ingredients like basil, sage, rosemary and tropical fruits, and can be enjoyed “con vista” up at the rooftop bar. Everything from the service and staff to the tablecloths and cutlery reflect a fine attention to detail and quality, and help create an elegant dining atmosphere with authentic decorative painting materials imported from Italy.
