Even the fish they use has been fed on a chemical-free organic diet. Unlike standard Khmer eateries, you won’t be able to order white rice, with only the nutrient-rich red and brown varieties available. There’s also no white sugar or MSG in any of the dishes. With freshness and quality an absolute priority, only seasonal produce is employed meaning the menu is constantly rotating on a daily basis.
