This brewery, housed inside the Himawari Hotel, has been making superb craft beer since 2012. Two of their brews are international award winners – the light and delicate Apsara Gold and the Gem&Jade, with its earthy hops flavor. They also have an American-style IPA, CentenniALE, and a sweet stout, OatS, with a special fifth anniversary brew, Cashew Apple Beer, to be released on June 3. A bottle will set you back from around $6, and there are also towers, small and big kegs to share in groups, as you gaze out to the Mekong river.
